Expanded Feature Set

Landing Page

Top Priority

  • Created 5–10 second looping video teasers in small windows to showcase the platform. (layout only)
  • Developed a visual demo or introduction that users can watch on their own time. (layout only)
  • Improved and reorganized the Features section, placing it prominently on the homepage.

Secondary Priority

  • Designed “cards” to highlight different use cases.
  • Generated additional tagline phrases.
  • Built separate pages where necessary.
  • Updated the header for clarity and usability.

When Time Allowed

  • Highlighted integrations with other apps through icons and short explanations.
  • Added a Pricing page.
  • Added a prominent FAQ page.

Onboarding

Top Priority

  • Enabled two-factor authentication, password strength validation, and email confirmation. (layout only)
  • Implemented a loading response after users submit information.

Secondary Priority

  • Streamlined duplicate text for consistency.
  • Added a Welcome/Splash page upon login (e.g., “What do you want to do?”).
  • Provided a brief description of “Views,” clarifying that they are filters to sort contacts based on preference.

If Time Allowed

  • Prompted users to select the type of community they are creating to auto-populate relevant features.

Platform/Contacts

(Improving UX for adding/importing contacts: views, profiles, property info, invitations)

Top Priority

  • Redesigned key buttons to be more visible and appropriately labeled/colored.
  • Made the Roles button accessible directly from the Contacts page (instead of being hidden under “Add Contacts” or “Settings”), with quick examples of how each role is used.
  • Displayed default properties upfront rather than behind dropdowns.
  • Reorganized the profile information layout for clarity.

Secondary Priority

  • Provided clearer feedback cues when users fill out sections of contacts (added contacts, updated roles, etc.).
  • Added hover states that display prompts or guidance (e.g., profile stage).

When Time Allowed

  • Enabled bulk updates of profiles/properties and invitations, with confirmation options (e.g., “Send invite to all 42 users selected?”).
  • Allowed icons/glyphs to be assigned to roles.
  • Added visual indicators or previews of profile/property details on hover.
  • Built an organizational chart to display hierarchy or parent-child relationships.
